It makes the placement cell a great platform for the students to prepare them for a better future. The T&P cell takes care of the students and nurture them in the right track so as to be absorbed in the reputed organizations by giving periodic training, workshops, industry talks, industry visits, industry based projects and industry & other research lab oriented internships. The periodic mock interviews and mock assessments give them more confidence during placement related activities. The T&P cell also organises pool placement activities at the campus for internal and other college students who would like to participate in the campus placement drive of Indrashil University.

Mr. Nimish Dave is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of progressive experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Career Services Industry–Academia Collaboration, and
International Affairs. Throughout his career, he has successfully built strong industry–academia partnerships, enhanced student employability, and led placement strategies that have created
significant career opportunities for students across India and Abroad.
He has been honoured with the prestigious Golden AIM Award 2020 for "Most Dedicated and Innovative Head – Placement" in recognition of his outstanding contributions to campus
recruitment, career development, and institutional excellence.
Mr. Dave has an exceptional track record of facilitating the placement of more than 15,000 students across leading national and multinational organizations. His expertise encompasses campus recruitment, corporate relations, strategic partnerships, career counselling, employability enhancement, internship programs, leadership development, and industry engagement.
He was the only Placement Officer from Gujarat invited to participate in the International Placement Officer Meet organized by Cognizant Solutions in Bangkok (2011) and Dubai (2012),
a recognition of his excellence in campus recruitment and industry collaboration.
His professional expertise extends across a wide range of academic disciplines, including Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Law, Science, and Health Sciences (Ayurveda, Homeopathy,
Nursing, and Physiotherapy). He has successfully collaborated with leading corporates, government organizations, startups, research institutions, and international partners to strengthen
industry–academia linkages and improve graduate employability.
