The T&P cell takes care of the students and nurture them in the right track so as to be absorbed in the reputed organizations by giving periodic training, workshops, industry talks, industry visits, industry based projects and industry & other research lab oriented internships. The periodic mock interviews and mock assessments give them more confidence during placement related activities. The T&P cell also organises pool placement activities at the campus for internal and other college students who would like to participate in the campus placement drive of Indrashil University.

Mr. Nimish Dave is having a rich experience of more than 19 years in Training, Placements, Career Services and Corporate Relations.
He has been honoured by Golden AIM Awards 2020 for Most Dedicated and Innovative Head Placement
He has placed more than 15000 students till date which is one of his exemplary performances to his Credit.
He was the only Officer across Gujarat to be invited and attended the International Placement Officer Meet organized by COGNIZANT Solutions at Bangkok and Dubai in 2011 and 2012.
He had a proven track record in the field of Career Facilitation especially UG and PG level students of Engineering, Pharmacy, Law, Management, Science, Health Science [ Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nursing and Physiotherapy] with special reference to the Training, Placement and Career Development.
